Why can't I log in? It says there's no user associated with my email address.
If you've registered for Palooza in the past few years, your same login information will work this year. There's also a forgot-password option if needed. National PCA credentials can't be used through our website.
How can I volunteer for Palooza?

How can I become a sponsor?

What is your cancellation policy?
If you contact us to cancel more than a week prior to the event, you'll receive a full refund. If you cancel within a week of the event, you'll forfeit your registration fee but be refunded for other purchases. If you "no-show," a refund will not be issued.
Can I still get the merchandise I ordered if I don't attend the event?
While we do not ship product, we will gladly let someone else pick up your merchandise if you let us know. If you contact us during or after the event, there's no guarantee we'll still have your merchandise. If you've made no attempt to contact us, we'll assume you no longer want your merchandise and we'll sell it in our goodie store at the event.
Can anyone come to the car show?
This year we are doing a curated car show called Stuttgart Showcase. You must apply to be in the show after you register. Anyone can view the car show.
I have a trailer. Where can I park it?
You'll be required to move your trailer if it's parked in the lot at the Inn of the Ozarks. We've made arrangements for trailer parking at CS Bank in Eureka.
Is there a car wash station available?
Yes — there's a hose and buckets set up for our use below the tennis courts near the Convention Center (bring your own soap and supplies). There are also a couple of car washes in town: one beside Dollar General, and another behind Bunch's Quik Chek & Booze Brothers, near McDonald's.
